今天给宝宝们分享一道我很喜欢的美食,香辣鸡爪,不仅下饭,做茶余饭后的零食也是不错的选择哟~????

用料
鸡爪 | 500g |
啤酒 | 1瓶 |
八角 | 3个 |
花椒 | 少许 |
盐 | 少许 |
干辣椒 | 5个 |
生抽 | 2勺 |
姜 | 3片 |
老抽 | 1勺 |
冰糖 | 1小块 |
小米椒 | 3个 |
花椒 | 少许 |
好吃停不下来的香辣鸡爪的做法
鸡爪洗干净,减去指甲,然后用刀中间划一刀~方便入味~

鸡爪冷水入锅,加入姜片,料酒,香叶。煮沸后,再煮5分钟。然后用冷水把浮沫洗干净~备用

热锅加入冰糖,融化变成焦糖色后,加入鸡爪。

翻炒~让鸡爪都裹上糖色

加入小米椒,干辣椒,桂皮,香叶,八角,花椒。(辣椒的量看自己,哟喜欢重口味,所以我会多放点)

翻炒出香味后加入生抽,老抽,料酒。

差不多炒 3分钟,鸡爪颜色均匀了

倒入一罐雪花啤酒,330ml左右。如果觉得汤汁太少,可以再加点热水。

盖上锅盖中小火闷煮30分钟,中间加点盐记住千万不要用太大的火,容易烧干的,时间差不多的时候,用大火收汁就可以啦~
